Pisces Offshore was created to provide offshore positioning and survey services in the West African region. Based in Nigeria, Pisces Offshore is a 100% indigenous Nigerian company that aims to be the partner of choice for clients who share our vision in promoting Nigerian content to the benefit of Nigerian economy.
Supporting the offshore Oil & Gas sector is the primary objective of Pisces Offshore. Moreover, being domiciled in Lagos and Port Harcourt, Pisces Offshore is able to offer flexible solutions without compromising on high standards of quality, health, safety, security, environmental protection and professionalism.
MISSION AND POLICY
Pisces Offshore wants to be the preferred supplier of offshore positioning and survey services in the maritime and offshore industry in the West African Region.
Our aim is to provide our clients with specific solutions, which create added value to them, while at the same time providing our shareholders with higher profits and a good share value.
The quality, health, safety and security of our company is of the utmost importance and Pisces Offshore recognises that we have a duty to provide a secure working environment in order to achieve our goal of ZERO injuries to personnel, the protection of the environment and no damage to property.
Pisces Offshore is committed to a policy of continuous improvement, following industry “best practice”, through internal and external audits, regular reviewing of our systems, experience and knowledge transfer and importantly, improvement reporting.

Pisces Offshore has at the apex of its decision-making process an Executive Supervisory Board composed of representatives of shareholders and including those with seasoned experience in the oil marine industry.
Lolu Sodeinde
Earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Middlesex in 1997 and later a postgraduate diploma in International Finance from the University of Westminster. In 2001, Lolu joined West Coast Shipping Line as Operations Manager and then was later promoted to Managing Director responsible for overseeing the day-to-day marine operations of the company.
Augustine Oguoma
Augustine is the CFO of Workships Africa Limited since 2002. He graduated from Rivers State University of Science and Technology with a BSc Accountancy in 1997 and an MBA in Accountancy in 2001. Augustine is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Jason Hurter
Previous Managing Director of Fugro Survey Nigeria Limited, the largest survey company in West Africa and a subsidiary of Fugro NV, which is listed on the Euronext Stock Exchange. Jason has worked in Nigeria for the past 11 years and has accumulated vast experience in doing business in these “Frontier Regions”. Jason has an Electronics Diploma through the South African Navy and an MBA from the University of Wales.
